For example: The first of the Snopes' errors is found in the first paragraph under 'Origins' where they state that the three heads of their respective countries: "met in Texas to discuss plans for increased cooperation . . . a dialog to increase security and enhance prosperity among the three countries."
Thus the FIRST refutation of both Snopes AND the spp.gov propaganda website can be found here. It PROVES that there was a SIGNED AGREEMENT making the SPP a TREATY which, according to our Constitution, requires a 2/3rds approval from the Senate in order to proceed. The President NEVER got that approval and is continuing the SPP without Congressional oversite or approval.
