Why Not the Whole Loaf? LAPD To Fix Illegal Alien 'Sanctuary'

Signaling an end to more than two decades of sanctuary policies that placed a firewall between the Los Angeles Police Department and federal immigration authorities, the LAPD has decided they need to use immigration laws to bail them out from under the city's current crime wave. However, according to Hispanic and Latino groups, they want the LAPD to be certain that they do that without "eroding their hard-won credibility among illegal immigrants."

This notion that illegal aliens are a "federal problem" is, and always has been, ridiculous! It's the duty of all of law enforcement to protect us. There should be no 'us and them.' It is ironic that Los Angeles now faces a problem they created by instituting the sanctuary policy called Special Order 40 in 1979, which permitted the unchallenged occupation of their city by illegal aliens. As such, they now face the daunting task of cleaning up the mess by having to ferret out the violent criminals from among those same 'untouchables!' And make no mistake about it, the pro-illegal alien lobby is hard at work to make certain the 'politically correct' LAPD will do it, with one hand tied behind their backs! It is important for the LAPD to resist any attempts to hamstring them, as they move forward.

Interestingly, the LAPD discovered that the federal illegal alien code can be used to expedite instant removal of convicted felons that reenter the United States after deportation. Such removals can be done, without adjudication for other criminal activity such as drug running, human trafficking, murders, gang membership, or even terrorism, and demonstrates why 'sanctuary policies' are hypocrisy of the highest order! Had they enforced illegal alien immigration laws to begin with, they wouldn't be in the awkward position they are in today. Now the question is, how will the police 'separate the wheat from the chaff?' That is, how do they separate violent criminal illegal aliens from the just plain ordinary criminal illegal aliens. That is the conundrum!

Even though the Los Angeles Police Department has seen the error of its' ways, us ordinary folks out here in the 'real world' knew when the policy was invoked, that it was an "accident waiting to happen!'' Just think about it. If the LAPD sanctuary policy, hadn't enabled hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to remain unmolested in Los Angeles since 1979, there wouldn't be 18-20 million illegal aliens overwhelming America, balkanizing our cities and towns today.

However, LAPD's proposed limited use of immigration law to arrest criminals on immigration charges, to avoid the costly and time consuming work of convicting them for their current crimes, is just 'half-a-loaf.' Why not go for the whole loaf? A person who is "undocumented," (a euphemism for 'illegal alien') is here illegally. That is a crime! To say you must distinguish between them and the REAL criminals is an oxymoron! They ARE the criminals. If you doubt their criminality then you should read:

Outrageously, throughout the Los Angeles Hispanic community, their 'leaders' speak of illegal aliens as if there is a need for them to be protected, by demanding that the LAPD make certain that they do not become the "stalking horses for immigration!" It is stunning how the Hispanic groups blatantly lobby for illegal aliens as if they are 'entitled' to have ANY consideration at all, when their very presence is a violation of law. What have we come to in America, the land of laws, that we so blithely dismiss illegal aliens as part of the fabric of our society. That is truly bizarre, very disturbing, and needs to stop!

As for the pro-illegal alien lobby, such as the ACLU, MALDEF, La Raza (The Race), LULAC, MEChA, and Aztlan, etc., my research has found that they exist primarily to promote cover and acceptance of the great hordes of illegal aliens, who are predominantly of their race, so they can continue to overrun our country. In addition to the 18 - 20 million illegal aliens already here, there are 10,000 more arriving daily! The pro-illegal alien lobby's ultimate goal is to leverage their massive numbers to achieve the political power necessary to "reconquista" (take back) America. Their goals are very clear. They want to stop any and all action, such as the simple determination of immigration status for purposes of deportation, because it would limit their massive illegal invasion of America. Sadly, their motives are without doubt, the purist form of racism there is!

Further, many have begun to notice that ALL the Latino/Hispanic so called, 'immigrant advocacy groups' or 'immigrant-rights groups,' call legislation limiting 'public benefits' to legal residents, or enforcing immigration laws, "anti-immigrant." They NEVER say anti-illegal immigrant. The word "illegal" is not in their vocabulary! They are deliberately obfuscating, duplicitous, hypocritical and dishonest! As such, the cities, towns, states and police departments that have 'sanctuary policies' are assisting them in their campaign of disinformation.

The refusal to enforce immigration laws for all illegal aliens, under the guise of 'sanctuary policies,' touted and embraced by pro-illegal alien Hispanic and Latino groups, condemns "We the People" to a society of disintegrating respect for our legal system, moral laws, and societal norms. Because of such policies, we are now inundated with illegal aliens, invading our country at will, reducing America to a lawless territory with little or no sovereignty left!

Lastly, it is true that this is a country of immigrants. But it is a country of LEGAL immigrants, not a country of ILLEGAL immigrants which the racist Hispanic and Latino groups desire and sponsor! Where will it all end? Perhaps a revolt by "We the People" is in order???
